What does booking include?

  • Access to the building for the duration of your stay.

  • Access to a training room (capacity 50), board room (capacity 16), 5 small meeting rooms (capacity 8 each), and additional classrooms. The setups of these can vary based on your needs.

  • Access to our community spaces, which include several fireplaces (both indoor and outdoor), private seating areas, a full playground, foosball, ping-pong, and air hockey.  

  • Access to nearby trails and hikes. We are walking distance from the Santa Fe Trail and driving distance from several more hikes.

  • Provided meals and snacks, based on your needs.

  • Access to a full-size fridge for you to use and share.

  • Access to a complimentary full-service laundry room with washers and dryers. Sheets and towels will be provided.

  • Each guest room is comfortably equipped and has a private bathroom.
