JPI is Expanding!

I am excited to announce that in July, JPI won the Missio Nexus Innovation grant! This was an answer to our prayer that asked, “When do we move into the next phase of development?” This grant represents a significant milestone for JPI, as it allows us to expand our capabilities and deepen our impact within the cross-cultural community. As we transition into this exciting new phase, we are committed to fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

With a portion of this grant, we rented office space, shared with our partnership with Live Oak Associates and Smith and Salter Consulting. The shared office spaces will serve as hubs for creativity and synergy, where ideas can flourish, and strategic plans can be crafted. With the addition of a deputy director position, we anticipate a more streamlined approach to managing our projects and initiatives, ensuring that every aspect of our work is aligned with our core mission.

A small glimpse of our new office space that will be used to enhance collaboration and research.

We are grateful for the opportunity to listen more intently to the needs of sending organizations and churches, tailoring our services to provide the most effective support possible. Whether it’s through dynamic conference engagements, insightful research endeavors, or personalized consultations, our goal is to empower and sustain those who serve cross-culturally.

As we move forward, we remain steadfast in our commitment to the thriving of cross-cultural workers. This grant is not just a financial boost; it is a catalyst for growth, enabling us to invest in the people and resources that will drive JPI's mission into the future. Together, we are stronger, and together, we will continue to make a meaningful difference.
